Is Delta really free cancellation?
Delta's "Free Cancellation" is a conditional policy. All the tickets booked directly with delta are eligible for a 24-hour risk-free cancellation for full correspondence, until the booking is made at least 7 days before the departure. Beyond this period, "free" cancellation for the main cabin and high fare means no cancellation fee is charged, but the price of the ticket is issued as an ecological, not as a cashing of cash.
