Center for Registers and Information Systems (RIK)
The REC is a government body operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice.
The main goal of RIK is to provide an innovative and integrated e-services environment for more efficient implementation of public administration and enforcement of laws and jurisdiction. RIK is one of the largest IT organizations in Estonia.
