To fix the QuickBooks Payroll Issues, run a repair on QuickBooks. Start by selecting the Control Panel from the Start menu. then make two clicks on Add or Remove Programs. The next step is to select the QuickBooks application. Choose Change or Remove Program from the drop-down menu that appears after that.
